Hello Folks - hope you are having a fabulous weekend!
This is going to be a very quick post as I should be cleaning the bathroom and hanging out the washing!
I am showing the first of the teachers' cards I have made for my children - this one is for Andrew's teacher. I'm entering it in this week's Mojo Monday Challenge as that is the sketch I've followed.
The image is from The Greeting Farm - Hope and Grace set (I think, not got time to double check LOL!), and I've paper-pieced her clothes with the Kay and Co paper I've used. I'm a bit unhappy with the sentiment - it's a bit big for the flower really - I wrote it on shrink plastic, and used too large a circle really, but did not have enough shrink plastic left over to make another one! It was coloured with watercolour pencils before being shrunk. I've added Papermania adhesive dots - and I've fallen in love with them on cards.
(Note: my children attend a Welsh medium school, so the sentiment is Diolch yn Fawr - Thank you very much - I think LOL! (I'm not a Welsh speaker myself).
Thanks for looking - be back to show my other teachers' cards over the next few days. But still racking my brain what to do for teaching assistants - got to be something that doesn't take long as I'm fast running out of time LOL!.
See you soon.
Love, Andrea xx
