Card for Headmistress

Hello again everyone, and thanks for popping by!

My card today is the one I have made for the Headmistress at school. The image is from The Greeting Farm Hope and Grace set - I've paper pieced her outfit - this is the image I decided to use for all the teachers' cards, sorry if you're fed up with seeing her LOL!



The papers are from my Kay and Co bumper pack. I did some faux stitching around the image, and added some sparkle with stickles. Not sure if you can see, but there are three ribbons used - an ivory organza ribbon under the turquoise one, and another narrower ivory organza next to it. I've added the gorgeous shimmer dots from Papermania.

I've followed the sketch on Friday Sketchers, and used the photo inspiration at Crafty Cardmakers - I took inspiration from the colours and the hearts (the heart button, which I have written the sentiment on and then sprayed with clear varnish to make it permanent).
